Why does it seem that...

race has become the golden ticket for the Obama campaign to shoot down any legitimate concern with his affiliations or political views? Don't get me wrong here, the only beef I have with it is that I am sick of hearing about race being an issue. It's not. At least, not the way these people trying to make it. I was taught to judge people by their actions, not the color of their skin. I think it's a pathetic, and childish, way to weasel out of facing the "real issues" as the media likes to put it.
